When it was supposed to be a sunrise outing, it turned out to be something else. HEHE, went to Serasa Beach with supposedly with the Havoc Photogs but then only Cybercanon showed up.

We arrived there around five in the morning and the breeze was so refreshing like the refreshing juice~ HEHEHE... so while taking shots of the sun rise we also took some of the animals that we could take shots of.

Chef at Home: Kampong style

Chinese style? well.. today's menu is quite mixed actually. There's mum's noodle, fried sliced beef or so called "Daging dinding", Fried Prawn Jintan Manis (udang goreng jintan manis) some vegetables, Prawn fritters(Cucur Udang), Springroll Chicken Sengkuang.

Its the fifth day of Ramadhan today, Alhamdulillah so far still maintaining my fasting. Eventhough i have ecountered a few challenges but thats just normal temptations i supposed. So how's your fasting month going on everyone?

Owh, i was supposed to go to Gerai Ramadhan today but i fell asleep around four in the afternoon. HEHE.. So, to my fellow juniors.. i might go there tomorrow then.. HEHE and to Shorteyelashes, thanks for the offer =D

Gerai ramadhan at Stadium Negara Hassanal Bolkiahcarpark

Third Day of the Fasting month, the time sure fly so fast.. Right after work, i went straight to the Gerai Ramadhan the one located at the national stadium parking lot. It was only half past three and i was quite lucky to park near the orchid garden hotel.. i mean.. Theres so many people rushing towards the gerai right after work, unlike the gerai in bandar last year (during our gerai ramadhan business project activity), we only received customers around four pm.

all ladies stall.. sure they have an advantage in promoting their food~ hehe

So anyway, i went to the gerai by myself visiting my juniors who are currently undergoing their gerai ramadhan business project there. Its actaully a strategic place for them to be exposed to the tough competition. Eventhoughthe renting is quite expensive and the stall is qyuite small, atleast thousands of people go to this spot which is actually an advantage for you guys in terms of marketing.

Seriously, i missed doing this activity... Okay, i think i should stop here for now..

The Gadong Central View from the Rizqun Hotel

A picture taken last saturday 30 August 2008 before the BICT career day appreciation Hi tea function. Gadong was really packed that day as there was so many things going on at the mall.. Not just the BIBD and carshow that was held at the Ground floor of the popular shopping complex but also a big wedding function was held at the Rizqun Hotel. And the most bonus part is that.. it was a pay day week so everyone rushed to the busiest business district in Brunei Darussalam. Just look at the picture.. the cars are moving towards the mall and not going to the exits (opposite lane)

The picture isn't interesting.. i know... Im still looking for the best and safest spot to take an aerial view of any parts of the country.

Marriz Greets: Marhaban Ya Ramadhan

Assalamualaikum everyone, it is not to late to wish 'Selamat Berpuasa' to everyone =) Its my first time performing my fast while working. Its quite challenging actually as im used to go to the pentry to get my self a cup of hot nescafe everytime i feel cold. There's this 'nafsu' in us that says "buka puasa .. half day saja" but Alhamdulillah i managed to conquer that feelings on my first day at work in this holy month of Ramadhan.. HEHE

Maybe some of you might be wondering whats fasting is all about? So here i go.. the intrinsic worth of Fasting in the month of Ramadhan

1. A means to attain Taqwa
2. A merciful recommendation from Allah
3. The Practise of the Prophets
4. Great rewards for those who fast
5. A means to cut sexual desires
6. The supplication of a fasting person is granted
7. A means of interseccion on the day of judgement
8. the Night of Lailatul Qadr ( the night of decree)
   
9. A means of forgiveness
10. Umra during Ramadhan also equivalent to performing Hajj
    
11. Also means of expiations for various sins
12. Fasting in the month of Ramdhan means: A way to paradise

2nd Minister of Finance congratulate Brunei's Qariah.

The 2nd Minister of Finance, The Honourable Pehin Dato Abdul Rahman today presented a congratulatory gift to the one of the best BAG Networks personnel Hjh Nurfaezah who had won third place for the international Quran reading competition held recently in Trengganu, Malaysia. Also present was the Chairman of BAG Networks, BAG Networks administrators and the government officials of the ministry.

Business School Reunion 2008 at Pantai Muara

Im so sorry about the delay guys.. The internet connection at home is really blergh! *sulking* I think im having a bad timing nowadays. . . owh well.. Anyway, we had a reunion and committee's picnic at Pantai Muara last sunday, just before the month of Ramadhan.

It was supposed to be my RELAXING sunday with my friends.. BUT something came up! So i only spent half an hour at the beach and then back home to prepare for the next function. I'm quite dissapointed with my sunday though, Missed relaxing and having BBQ with the gang, i bet you guys noticed that i don't look so happy that day. Don't mis interpret me ayte!

Sorry for being away for quite a while now. I don't even received any phone calls or text messages from you guys now.....
