These pictures was taken last saturday night at my usual fishing spot in bandar. Whats interesting is that, three of my juniors joined us (chong and myself) which have made the night more happening (well usually i fell asleep while fishing..), because they're still learning on how to make a 'complete' fishing line and whats more interesting is that, two of them are afraid to hold a live prawn(as a bait) to put it on the hook...

Two of them caught a crab.. a beginner's luck i guess.. i remembered when i brought chong fishing during his "BEGINNING of fishing lessons.." he caught a crab first and now... chong is way better than me in fishing.. HAHA.. i don't mind.

Fishing is actually a good activity for us especially bruneians.. why is it good? Well, i think its the most innocent thing to do if youre bored (other than chilling at a cafe.. buying or spending yourself a coffee or teh tarik and get yourself bloated..), nothing better to do or Just wanting to relax and enjoy fishing! more even.. you can feel the excitement when you catch something... So, if you dont have anything better to do.. Get a fishing rod, a spool, a weight(Stone like), a hook.. and not forgetting.. a bait! and lets go fishing!

Indeed a very unfortunate day for us especially the HAVOC members.. It was raining early in the morning since the night before and so it created some "flash flood" at certain areas in bandar. I went through a flash flood when i was on my way to the college which i didn't realized that there was a medium sized tree branch actually floating on the water-FLASH FLOOD. and because of that.. this is my thrid time changing my license plate! ergh..

Hj Amni had a problem too.. His car rear right tire was punctured by about 1 inch long screw. I wonder how it happened. . I guess Brunei Road is full of what you call it? Booby Trap? is it? EEHE.. I had my resit for the Business Accountings Revision Test in the morning and i hope i did alright. So now, i think im almost FREE from college work .. Just left with our final task which is organizing a farewell dinner for our ex-registrar and also celebrating for the graduated students (my seniors)

GOLD AWARD winner

A function was held today (5.6.08) in the morning at the conference room II at Business School. The function was to acknowledge the winners of the GOLD AWARD, BRONZE AWARD and CERTIFICATE OF MERIT of the HSBC Young Entrepreneur Awards recently being held a few weeks ago.

We were given about two weeks to get things organized for this function, Alhamdulillah i can say that the function went well even though the Guest Of Honour went off early.. I was given two tasks for the function which was the photographer and a two days notice of being the "powerpoint-man" Which i need to complete the backdrop and slides in just one and a half days. Didn't take lots of photos though, as i was busy worrying about the slides and any other technical aspects. Would like to say congrats to Hairul (the manager of the function) for making everything in order.

Celebrating Abdul Waiz Birthday

His name is Waiz, Abdul waiz and he just turned one year old! Yesterday, this little fella celebrates his birthday and it was very nice to see the kids wondering around, playing with the bikes, the bouncer slides.. whats more fantastic is that There's Qasbah too! hehehe.. Well, maybe you don't know what it is.. Its the London Kebab and Fish and Chip Fast Food Restaurant. Seriously, you all should try it one day.

But anyway, the function began with a recital of fatihah and a prayer for blessings and only after that, everyone rushed to the Qasbah mini caravan. HAHA.. nahh.. i'm only over exaggerating.

Public Holiday Road Trip to Tutong District

TRIP TO TUTONG DISTRICT

It's public holiday yesterday and was very bored don't know what to do at home. So i text Hiero up and he came up with a BRILLIANT idea which was going to Tutong to visit EZAM and also to take pictures of the beauty of Pantai Seri Kenangan..

This is another good spot to relax. Sadly, the maintenance of the huts was dissatisfying where so many unattended rubbish was all over the hut and this attracts the stray dogs! seriously, we need a dog pound in Tutong district and also the tiles were dirty *eww*... But anyway, if you want to enjoy the sea breeze here with your love one's, family, friends etc etc.. I think i can recommend you Pantai Seri Kenangan.

There's another beach just along the Seri Kenangan Beach, but it is privately owned. And im not sure how much the owner charge for one day. Will check it out some time. Happy weekends everyone.

Ada-ada saja: car crashed into a restaurant

CAR CRASHED INTO THE RESTAURANT

Before going to Tutong, i stopped by at Carquest Car Audio System to get the car's headlight fixed. While waiting, hiero and i had lunch at the restaurant just next to Carquest which serves delicious "tumpi" *sia-sia-pun*, anyway.. The waiter told me that a car had crashed into the restaurant about 12am (31.5.08). It was pretty shocking at first, but then the waiter said that the driver was very drunk. Fuh, luckily the car didn't crashed into CQ... fuhh.. ada - ada saja~
