Be Happy on a Sunday

Fun Fair day @ Sekolah Perdagangan

The Band boys..

Business School celebrated its 4th Year Anniversary with a Fun Fair day which was held today(Sunday, 15th February 2009) at the Parking Lot in between of the Business School and Nursing College. There was quite a number of activities such as live band performances, Playstation games, gerai makan, bouncers, mini car show which was organized by the final year students as part of their common skills.

I didn't get to go there in the morning as i was really sleepy and got some errands to do, but just managed to pop-by just before the fair ended. I just like to congratulate my juniors@friends for organizing such event. All the best for you guys!

The Alternative

Tamron 17-50mm f/2.8 for Canon, BND$7xx (round off figure)

Well, i don't know whats the outcome of the pictures that i took for my client this morning. But really, my 17-55mm f/3.5 IS USM lens is R O S A K. Opps.. did i just said it loud.. I've been looking for other alternative last night just to borrow a lens but luck wasn't on my side last night.

I've been holding my gears for nearly a year and it failed on me on my appointment day. Terrible innit? Many have asked what had happened with the lens, well it seems like most of the bff who is using Canon 400D and Canon 450D have the similar problem. so i was quite lucky to have FULL-USED my Abby@the camera.

Hard core usage? or GANAS as said by my good'ol friend Cybercanon. I was thinking of flying to Singapore for just a day tomorrow to send off my lens to its supplier (lol, mcm beduit banar saja)

So most probably im looking forward to get this lens Tamron 17-50mm f/2.8 canon mount. A good focal range that suits my usage and the winning point is the aperture, 2.8 where i can use it for indoors with low lighting..

Canon 70-200mm f/2.8 L IS USM

I know ive been posting these two lenses this week.. Im just stressed out and pissed at the moment. My Kit Lens 18-55mm f/3.5- IS is making me nuts .. Since last night, the auto-focus mechanism doesn't seemed to work at all... Im really pissed! PISSED!

Canon 24-70mm f/2.8 L USM

With this kind of pressure, i feel like using the credit card to get these sophisticated Luxury lens. Canon 24-70mm f/2.8 L USM and Canon 70-200mm f2.8 L IS USM. Both are about BND$3,000.. Which i don't think its a good idea for me to get into financial trouble in any times..
Sigh, i just wish these lens appear infront of me right now... Its just so F*****g frustrating..

Grand Firework display on a clear night

So i joined the BFF for the fireworks outing, strange that the night was really clear in bandar. We waited for the fireworks to lit up and it was so grandis! Colourful and all.. But most of the pictures that we took are spoiled by the thick white smokes from the fireworks. There were totally no wind to blow the smokes away from the beautiful displays. Oh well, its better than nothing.. hehe this is for you

Business For A Day @ Business School

Business For A Day experience for the first year students of ND Business & Finance Students also the secretarial students. Usually held at the end of their first semester, the students are given about a month to prepare on their business proposal for the one day activity of trading.

Given the opportunity to experience on how to manage a business, the students are able to learn the basic management of a business for example, team management, customer service, financial management and not forgetting cleanliness.

I still remembered during my time that was about three years ago, where 247 Avenue (the group name) managed to be one of the best performing group blab bla bla.. I better stop! Hehe

Well, I didn’t managed to come to the first business for a day last Thursday, to whom it may concerned, I was very ill which stops me from going anywhere but to the toilet.(hehe)

I didn’t buy anything from today’s business for a day, cause I still have the fear of eating outside food. Sorry Juniors, didn’t get to taste your nyummy looking food!
